Great sheet. I’ll probably switch over from the official one starting with tomorrow’s game. I did notice one minor problem though. You don’t seem to have updated the magic item slots from the D&D 3.5 to Pathfinder slots. This is a subtle change and easily overlooked by longtime players. I probably only really noticed because I never played 3 or 3.5 (2nd ed player coming back after a long time).
There are currently 14 slots (or 15 if you include shield), instead of the 12 you have on the sheet. The main difference is that headbands are now their own slot in addition to head and eyes, and armor has been split off from the body (for robes and vestments) and chest (mantles, shirts, vests) slots.
